We do not need the separate posting for the Travis County health facilities development corporation because it is all folded into the next calling to order of the cap capital industrial development corporation. Capital health facilities development corporation. Travis County development authority. Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation. You know I’m reading that, we do need that separate corporation. We will call it back up in a second. We have two health facilities corporations. Correct, mr. Davis? That is correct, the capitol and Travis County.
>> I’m going to go ahead and call the other one as part of the one big lump system Travis County health facilities development corporation. Mr. Davis.
>> okay. This is the same contract, that the board, the Travis County housing finance corporation board approved, this is the contract between the corporations and Travis County. For -- for our office. As Travis County to provide the -- the staff backup work for the corporations.
>> move approved.
>> second.
>> moved and seconded for the contract. Any further discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. I move adjournment of all of the corporations.
