Next is executive session. We're going to have to come back to get cleaned up copies which we'll give everybody related to the hospital items related to the cleanups. In case we need to come back to that it's still hanging out there. If not, we'll move to executive session. Commissioners court is going to go into executive session under the local government code. Item number 43, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v. Kenneth edward jones (mariana vega resale deed), and take appropriate action. 44, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v. Raymond l. And ruby dotson (mariana vega resale deed), and take appropriate action. Under advice of attorney. 45, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v. H.g. Whitehead, sr. (luther h. Hardy, jr. Resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney 46, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v. The hollow inc. (chris miller resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 47, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v. Margaret i. La reaux (robert n. Boyle resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 48, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al v. That was tony nelson from the audience. 53, receive briefing and take appropriate action on implementation of Travis County hospital district. Consultation with attorney exception. Item 54, consider and take appropriate action on regarding additional improvements at 5501 airport blvd, including exterior fence, security, lighting, paving and awning additions. Consultation with attorney exception. And I think that's the security exception. Yes. Item 55, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action on ferguson and tuscany way extension project. Consultation with attorney exception. Go ahead and call real estate just in case. Real property exception as well. And I believe we have item a-1 as well to take into executive session, receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of the administrative leave for constable's office employee pursuant to Texas government code and nature sections 551.071. we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. A series of tax resale deeds beginning with number 43.
>> judge, I would move that we -- that we authorize you to sign the appropriate resale deed. Because Travis County has received $3,617.
>> discussions? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 44 involving the -- involving the Travis County lawsuit against raymond l. And ruby --
>> we move that we be authorized to sign an appropriate resale deed of $2,903.
>> the resale deed would be to maryanne vega. That passes by unanimous vote. Number 45 our lawsuit against hg whitehead, senior.
>> I would move that the judge be authorized to sign an appropriate resale deed in the amount of [indiscernible] and this is reflective of Travis County's share of this particular item. There are dollars also due to evens, but this is the Travis County share because we have received that amount of money from luther h. Hardy, jr. Any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 46 involves our lawsuit against the hollow, incorporated.
>> I would move that the county judge be authorized to sign the appropriate resale deed in the amount of $4,915.07 that we have received on each of two lots. And we have received that money from chris miller.

>> I would move that the county judge be authorized to sign the resale deed because we have received $4,455.38 from lee and esther montoya.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss 50 and 51, they were passed earlier. 51 involving sally decker versus Travis County.
