41. Consider and take appropriate action on the following regarding rosemont at old manor apartments: a. Approve public hearing held by Travis County housing finance corporation on June 8, 2004; and. B. Approve the issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds (rosemont at old manor apartments) series 2004 by Travis County housing finance corporation.
>> just real briefly. The internal revenue code requires the approval of the public hearing that was held last week by the -- either the county or the highest elected representative of the county, so we put this item on the Commissioners court, it's a normal item when we have this type of transaction. Also we would just like to have the county approving what the housing finance corporation is doing on these sorts of transactions. So these are those two items. It's related to the -- to the rose mont at old manor project and so it's just -- just mainly some house keeping.
