Consider and take appropriate action to set a public hearing on July 13, 2004 to discuss the annual written plans for funding the 028 records management and preservation fund and 057 county clerk's records archival fund and publish the appropriate notice as required by 118.025 of the local government code. After discussion was county clerk, the county attorney's office, all notice, et cetera, the date is July 27th. That should give you, Commissioner Daugherty, plenty of time to go through the actual plan. I would move approval of the July --
