Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c-1 through c-3. And we've been asked to add the following items to the consent motion. And if you would like for us to discuss any of these, please say so as we call out the number of the items. 2-a and b. 2-a and 2-b. 35, 8, 12, 13-a. Any issues on 14. That was $500,000 that we did direct be pulled from the reserve.
>> did we act on the second piece of that, which was the homeland security grant. Did we go ahead and act on those other things? They were making us purchase something up front and then it was going to be reimbursed. And because we have no history with this particular vendor, susan was not certifying it. So we had to move it through as a regular transfer as opposed to an automatic transfer.
>> I don't have a preference one way or the other.
>> I'm fine with it.
>> let's go ahead and make the transfer.
>> 14. And we have a public hearing on number 9. So 9 and 14. 16-a and b. Any issues on those? 16 b or b?
>> no.
>> 17. 18, 1920. Actually, 23 is good for me. Now, there is a release of liability not in the posting, but it does seem to be in there, so take appropriate action and get that to lawyers. For the record, we'll do that on 23.
>> move approval of consent.
>> second.
>> would anyone like to pull any items for separate discussion?
>> I just have a question. [inaudible - no mic]
>> I think that the papers that we were missing last week have arrived.
>> anything else? That passes by unanimous vote.
