Number one is a public hearing to discuss the request for partial vacation of west cypress hills phase one, section one, and a plat for recording in precinct three, replat of lot 7, block 1, west cypress hills phase one section one, replat it lots, Texas blue bell drive, no fiscal required, sewage service to be provided by cypress ranch wcid. Outside all e.t.j.'s.
