Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 7. C 1 through c 7. Would anyone like for us to discuss them separately? And we've been asked to add the final items to the consent motion. I did get a couple of revisions this morning and I'm not sure what items they impact, so if the changes dramatically change the item, let me know, I may rather put it on consent based on the backup that I had a chance to review yesterday. 7, a, b, and c, all of 7? Now, actually I had 8 as recommended for consent also. Is that one of the revised items? 8 with a source of funding from facilities for savings, and the understanding is that come see us before the end of the fiscal year if you need to. That was some sort of discreet with pbo about this. My recommendation is from salary savings and the department. Is that all right? And on consent. With the understanding that we may see you again. Number 9. Number 10, routine, so that is all of ten. 12. 13, a. 13 a 1, but not 13 b. That is a demonstration we need to get. 15? 16? 17? 18? 19? All of 20? Both 20 a through 20 b 21? 23? 24? 25? 26? 27? 27 that we have the public hearing on. 28 that we had a public hearing on. We pulled 29. 30? A and b? So all of 30. 31. They're going to let us know of items we need to discuss on 32. Items or issues on 32. Big question mark there. We've been carrying that item for some time. 33, consent? Any questions on 34? I told blain that if we had questions we would discuss that item, otherwise we'll just discuss it next time. I think the backup was informative and... 35? My question I guess is for legal for next time, question whether we need to approve this for appointment of reserve deputies. The law seems to be for appointment of deputy constables. There's a long list of reserves there. Find to me to appoint them if the law covers them. And that does it for the consent motion.
>> [inaudible]
>> 14 not on...
>> actually, I have a couple of questions I have about 14. That is one issue that my secretary, or that my assistant I think called to your attention yesterday.
>> yeah.
>> but not right now.
>> like to pull any of those items for separate discussion?
>> yes, sir.
>> okay.
>> item 8 on transfers.
>> 8 is not part of the consent motion. We will discuss that one. Any other items that we need to discuss? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
