Hicks that he will not be available today, so we don't need that item, right?

Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al. V. Annie mae wilson (w. Newman casey resale deed), and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 38. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County el al. V. Bailey pink (benjamin cooper resale deed), and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 39. Consider opportunity to purchase real estate in central Austin, and take appropriate action. That's the real property exception to the open meetings act and consultation with attorney exception. We will discuss these matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.


we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items, 34 involving a claim against alpha one corporation, I move that we authorize the county attorney's office to file a lawsuit against this corporation and to -- to attempt to obtain whatever damages Travis County is entitled to plus reimbursement. Discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote. 35, the county claim against harley davidson incorporated.
>> I would move we send these bikes to -- to the test track that was discussed and I think that it's a cost of about $1,600, but the county attorney's office should make arrangements to -- to make that trip happen. Do we have to tell the source of funds?
>> that would help. Could you all -- do you all have that money in your litigation fund?

>> I guess it would come from risk management fund.
>> I guess risk management, yes. And if that fails, then we will come back and pay for allocated reserve. Risk management fund would be first target. Seconded by Commissioner Gomez. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss number 36 a and b. We will have 36 on may 25th. 36 I move that the county judge be authorized to sign on behalf of the Commissioners court the resale deed to w newman casey. Who has delivered to Travis County 8,740.33 in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And number 38 move that the county judge be authorized to sign the prepared tax resale deed to benjamin f. Cooper, who has paid Travis County the sum of $5,850.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We also discussed number 39, gave staff directions there, I don't think there's a need for any action in court. Have this back on the agenda may 25th?
>> okay. In the event that there's follow-up action required. That does it for the Travis County Commissioners court.
