28. Consider and take appropriate action on issues related to the conduct of early voting and election day.

The order also covers the appointment of election judges and alternate election judges for consolidated precincts and specifically covers the elections by the other participating entities, including a.c.c., Aisd, misd, northwest m.u.d. 1, volente, the city of Austin.

>> judges and alternates. Where the alternates is blank that means there is no alternate there, right?

>> because there are some blank spaces here. For residents who are interested in getting copies of these, if they will contact a member of court or the county clerk we can make these available. Therefore we will not leave them in open court today. Anything else that we need to know about these before we approve them?
>> okay. You need to specifically approve the order appointing election judges and alternate election judges for certain county election precincts. It needs to be that specific.
>> all right. It says order filling vacancies in unexpired term of election judges and alternate election judges. That's what we need to approve it?
>> yes.
>> it's part of the backup in the exhibit, it lists by precinct the number of precinct, election day judge and the alternates. Our motion includes approval of all of them.
