16 is to consider conveyance of four tracts of existing right-of-way to the Texas department of transportation as needd for use in the development of the loop 1 north and sh 45 north roadway projects and take appropriate action.
>> I did send a letter to the district engineer, bob day, asking for the waiver of fees for county vehicles on toll roads. I have not yet received a response from that letter. And bob has been pretty occupied in recent days. I suggest we roll this item.
>> may 25th?
>> yes.
>> any objection to that?
>> let's do it. It will be back on the agenda.
>> and I know some someone who heard us talk about this last week when we said county vehicles, they thought everybody in Travis County who had a vehicle. We were very specific talking about Travis County government vehicles.
