Number 14 is consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a construction agreement and plat for recording in precinct 2, the estates of row lane. Sewage service to be provided by lake side wcid, number 2-c, city of Pflugerville, e.t.j.
>> this is identical issues. A standard construction agreement, approval of the plat contingent upon the approval of the city council acting tonight.
>> normally this would have gone on consent, but we need to add the contingency piece, so I move the approval of 14 contingent upon the approval of the Pflugerville city council.
>> all in favor? That passes on unanimous vote.
