4. Recognize honorable elisabeth earle as recipient of the Travis County bar association's outstanding young lawyer for 2004. We had this on our agenda last week. But she was out of town, she's here with ronnie earle. Would you like to come forward or are you here on another item? [inaudible - no mic]
>> last week we did help kick-off the law day celebration. And we are pleased to learn that ms. Earle was -- had been selected recipient of the outstanding young lawyer award and Commissioner Sonleitner received one of the other awards last week. So -- so congratulations to you. We did have a big law day luncheon last week. Were you at that?
>> yes, sir, I was. And I -- it was incredible experience, I really want to thank judge and the economics and Travis County for supporting me in this, I feel very honored to be a part of our team and honored to receive this award. But thank you very much. Thank you very much for -- for recognizing me today.
>> this does say outstanding young lawyer.
>> I barely made it [laughter] I think they gave it to me because this was the last year. [laughter] last six months actually.
>> mine was neither attorney or young neither. What was really need about this law day celebration put on by the bar association, in recognition of the 50th anniversary of brown versus board of education. I have to put a little plug out here, it is not often that joe parker gets upstaged by another speaker. But I want to publicly at the time everybody what a wonderful job and testimonial that deborah [indiscernible] who works for Travis County, made on behalf of that celebration. It made that day even more special. She did an incredible job.
>> she did. You're right.
>> any money come with that big recognition if.
>> unfortunately, no, it does not.
>> well, we still stand behind you, we are very, very proud of you.
>> thank you very much.
