Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c1 – c6, and I show those to be ready. We have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion.  If you would like us tp discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number. Items 8, 9, 10 a-d, 11, 13, 15 -- the one we have the public hearing on. 16. 17.
>> I have a quick question on 17.
>> 17 will not be part of the consent motion. 23. 21. 23. 23. 26-a. Which is all of 26. 27.
>> do we have budget amendments?
>> there are two that I looked at.
>> there are two fairly straightforward. One of them is a [inaudible] by t.n.r.
>> I didn't get that.
>> the other one is to take about, what, $8,900 from one of the old c.o. Funds that is appropriate for a five-year [inaudible]. 28 should be real straightforward. I think we ought to announce that so people will know and that's a kind of sensitive area there. 29. 30. 31. 32. 35-a. Capco meets next, Wednesday of next week.
>> and I believe we had a gentleman to recommend [inaudible].
>> we'll have it back on to ratify that to satisfy the county attorney, joe munoz.
>> m-u-n-o-z.
>> m-u-n-o-z. So 35-a. A is [inaudible] and 35-b is joe munoz. We'll have 35-b back on to ratify it next week and we'll get that communication to capco immediately. We appreciate your help on that. Those are the items recommended for consent.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> would anyone like us to pull any of these for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
