>> I got a couple e-mails indicating mr. Sweeney had accepted this appointment with the clear understanding that he would come back the executive director. My position is unless we put you on there, you would decide judgment as best you can and to my knowledge I knew of no such commitment. Any more discussion?
>> very quickly because it was either last week or the week before somebody made a remark about this potential nominee and it turns out that was a not at all true about this particular person. It was somebody else, but it was thought this nominee and I want to make sure that the record is at least corrected after the fact that those comments were not about mr. Sweeney.
>> yes. True.
>> it was wrong.
>> [indiscernible] the termination, resignation of the executive director. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
