Number 1 is a public hearing to discuss request to approve a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of lot 1-a resubdivision of lot 1 naumann's camp subdivision amended, lot 1-b1, lot 1-b2 and lot 2a resubdivision of lot 1-b of the resubdivision of lot 1 naumann's camp subdivision amended and resubdivision of lot 2 of amended plat of lots 2 and 3 naumann's camp subdivision amended (short form plat - 2 lots - 6.144 acres - janice lane - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by on-site septic (lcra) - no municipal etj). >> like I said before, I move that the public hearing be opened. Would you mind reading that one more time? Just kidding. [laughter]
>> all in favor of opening the public hearing? That passes by unanimous vote. Joe?
>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. That was a very long agenda wording for a very impel issue. Simple issue. These are four single family lots being converted into two single family lots. It is a resubdivision. There have been numerous calls, questions asking about the issue. I don't know if anyone is here to comment. But the purpose of today's public hearing is to receive any comments with the replat.
>> any questions called to our attention?
>> lots of questions, I don't think there is any particular issues. The land use is still single family.
>> any objections been called to our attention?
>> no.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing, so please come forward. Move to close the public hearing.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Action item no. 15 on today's agenda.
