Housing Finance Corporation
Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. Two items. 1. Consider and take appropriate action to approve an invoice from vinson and elkins l.l.p.
>> I'm harvey Davis, manager for the corporation and I'm asking board approval to -- to pay a $10,000 invoice from vinson and elkins for legal work they did on the -- on the new note series that was recently -- that recently closed, as -- as you will recall -- -- this expense was approved on March 30th by the board, when the board passed the resolution to complete this note closing.

>> that passes by unanimous vote, number 2 is to approve minutes of board of directors meeting of February 17th, 2004.
