38. Consider and take appropriate action on legislative issues impacting counties during the special session of the 78th legislature. One thing that we did last week, in Commissioner Daugherty's absence, was to approve the nine points concerning property tax cuts. We produced that document for circulation, he was not here, so couldn't sign it. And if he would like to sign this, I move that we -- that --

>> the -- based on today's newspapers, there are still -- they are still entertaining I guess various ideas about funding over there. Looks like they are talking about various gambling revenue sources.

>> I do know from talking to bob and chris that we are continuing to set up interviews, meetings with member of the delegation.
