Next is to -- -- hot -- my question was whether this was a new building, two is whether the roof is covered by the warranty. Three, if not, why not. Okay?
>> okay. This is a health service building. We did this back in the year 2000. And there are 600 units in this building. Three of those units has been reworked last year. And there was work -- the reason behind that because right now on the chiller side has to be reworked on the health workers side. This would give more proper cooling airs into the space, and then also more efficient cooling space. This has happened when the construction was ongoing. And it was a design problem. It's not the construction problem. The contractor did it according to the plan, and I think the designer missed it, did not specify it on the right side. So the only thing we're trying to do now is change them from one side to another. And also by doing so, the control has to be worked on. So we support the sheriff project and scope of work on that because this will benefit the county, will benefit the building, I should say, in the long run, especially in the summertime. And it's at -- it was budgeted for about more than $30,000, but the bid came at about $16,000, which was pretty good.
>> so this is a design error?
>> that's correct. I don't think it's a warranty issue, judge.
>> okay. Questions, comments?
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you.
