Dana did draft a short note that we included as part of the backup, we discussed the organization plan with him on Thursday, also. There is no reorganization issue for ces, right if.

And so as -- as -- as some of the recommendations we made for negotiation issues, listed this assist one of them to be placed in the interlocal, we felt like we could come back together and make this more formal whereas the Travis County side going ahead and making the reorganization change. So what I have submitted before you is the organizational chart, a letter that -- a short letter that would go out to the appropriate --
>> the panel did recommend that there be a county point person for -- for mr. [indiscernible] to basically deal with and subcommittee thinks that it's a good idea.

>> we always like to say out loud again is that casey is a -- is a largely county funded position, so sometimes we get, because the paycheck may come from the city of Austin, that is also a -- a joint county funded slot so casey works for everyone.
