Executive Session
We have come to the executive session part of our meeting. There are three items we tphraoed to discuss. 28, receive briefing and consider and take appropriate action on extension of leave with pay for juvenile probation department employees. This is under the consultation with attorney and the personnel and the security, it should be personal matters exception I believe to the open meetings act. 29 is receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in cause number 276740; state farm mutual automobile insurance, subrogee, for jason height versus ronnie plant, in Travis County. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. Also the added item, a 4, consider opportunity to purchase real estate in central Austin and take appropriate action. That's the real property and let's also say consultation with attorney stoepgsz the open meetings act. We'll discuss these items in executive session.
