Item 25
25. Consider and take appropriate action on issues related to the conduct of early voting and election day. And there were two -- hold on a second there, dan. Two pieces of information that we were asked to act on. One is the approval of early voting parking permits. We have been quoted a price of $7 per space. For -- for looks like five cars for three days. Did everybody get this little print out.
>> uh-huh.
>> total comes to $744 based on dana's explanation, we don't have a whole lot of choice about this. These election workers basically in the university of Texas area must park somewhere. U.t. Has pretty much quoted this price as being their rate. I assume we negotiated the best price that we could get. Regular parking $7. Handicapped spaces nine bucks each. Move approval of 744.
>> second.
>> any discussion? All in favor? The other thing -- that passes by unanimous vote. The other thing that we got was an e-mail and I guess the contract at northcross mall, it's an early voting location so it fits under this item. And the address is 2525 west anderson lane, move approval of this location.
>> second.
>> and the contract that's before us, any more discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> .
>> and the address is 2525 west anderson lane, move approval of this location.
