Number 3 is a public hearing to discuss a request for a temporary closure of Pflugerville loop road in precinct two from edgemere drive to nimbus drive, beginning April 25, 2004 and ending April 30, 2004.

The utility company, windemere utility company has requested the road closure in order to tear down a water tank that is -- that is unsafe at the moment and they are needing access to that water tank with a big trailer, as a result they need the road closure for five days to be able to dismantel that water tank. We have -- water tower I should say.
>> no issues and no objections to our knowledge.
>> carol, I'm making sure because Pflugerville loop is where the e.m.s. Station is located. Have we made sure that the public safety providers are also aware so that they -- it's though the that it's going to cause any great headache. It just needs to be -- known so they can detour.
>> yes, they know.
