Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. Item no. 18 be back on next week as we mentioned this morning. 2. Consider and take appropriate action to approve settlement agreement and related documents with commonwealth title insurance company and authorizing officers to execute settlement documents.
>> this item, this -- this is the final documents for the -- for the agreement. They accepted the settlement offer that was made, I think last January. And I did talk to cliff today and he assured me that his presence was not necessary for the board to approve this item. That -- that they could wait a week to hear from him, but the board can go ahead and approve it and the settlement funds would get here one week quicker.
>> move approval of -- with the understanding that these documents after execution will not be delivered until we have received the $40,000 check.
