It is the court's desire to call up the executive session items. Let's see if we can get them done before lunch.
>> harvey? Now let's call the voting session of the Commissioners court back to order from the short recess. 35. Consider approval of purchase contract with verandah construction inc. For the acquisition of approximately 6.0 acres of land in connection with the balcones canyonlands conservation plan, and take appropriate action. That's under the real property exception to the open meetings act. We may as well announce under the consultation with attorney, also, just in case we need it. 36. Consider response from mre ranch, ltd. (medway) on purchase contract approved March 2, 2004 for approximately 344.984 acres of land in connection with the balcones canyonlands conservation plan, and take appropriate action. That's the real property exception to the open meetings act and that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act, also. 37. Consider opportunity to purchase real estate in central Austin, and take appropriate action. That's the real property exception to the open ct. 38. Receive briefing from county attorney and/or discuss mediation in pending litigation with philip rosenbaum v. Travis County (cause no. Gn 200494, 353rd judicial district and take appropriate action that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these four items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> I think that's somewhere in the 170 -- I think it was additional 60 or $70,000 for the 110, so somewhere around 170, $175,000.
>> with the acknowledgment that there is going to be having to reschedule some of the other projects in t.n.r., But that is done with our knowledge and appreciation and approval.
