Number 32 is consider and take appropriate action on issues related to the conduct of early voting and election day.
>> I don't think either one of us are aware of any today. Give you some backup on issues that are there.
>> i've got stuff on 33, which was the election order on the m.u.d.
>> I think that m.u.d. Thing was attached to 3 2, but 33 is its own item.
>> right.
>> let's just hold off on 32 until dana gets here in case she has other issues.

>> judge, I think 32 is just the early voting schedule that is for the may 15 election.
>> I can get that.
>> she said issues. That's what I don't know.
>> I think that's probably the [indiscernible].
>> we've got another couple of items.
>> if she gets here -- [inaudible]. The other couple of items will take a little time.
32. Consider and take appropriate action on issues related to the conduct of early voting and election day. We have our county clerk here with us.
>> yes, thank you, judge and Commissioners. Today is discussion only, what the plan is is to bring back the early and mobile voting locations for the may 15th election for you to vote on and approve for next Tuesday. We are prepared to produce it for you today. However, I was contacted by a -- two folks who were working in the political arena who would like for members of court to consider adding additional time to the mobile voting schedule. But I think they need to have the opportunity to ask you what you think about this. So I would say let's take this next week to get it finalized, by next Tuesday please be prepared to vote on -- on the final may 15th locations, we do have consensus from the other jurisdictions from the plan as is. They have been a very pretty active group. I think that it's, we would be able to wrap this up within the next week, that is being submitted to you timely today for next week's agenda.
>> other ideas may ought to be in court next week to let us know what they are, unless we discuss them between now and then.
>> between now and then would be better, but yes.
>> [multiple voices] I haven't heard anything from anybody.
>> neither have i. I got through all of my e-mails yesterday, I didn't get any. They approached me on Friday.
>> we'll have this item back on then.
