Number 31 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to establish ballot order of certain offices and proposition for the may 15, 2004 elections, in accordance with subchapter d, section 52 of the Texas election code. And [indiscernible] that's in the backup and I guess this is pursuant to law, right?

>> we have got as the agenda item, acc trustee, marion trustees, volente council. [indiscernible] m.u.d., Lake Travis library district. Formation of and trustee. Travis hospital proposition. City of Austin firefighter proposition. Acc del valle annexation. Manor i.s.d. Proposition, and you have an order basically setting up this order?
>> I decided you really didn't need an order. You just need to approve it because the law uses the word "determine."
>> what do we have in our [indiscernible]?
>> in your backup and that's all you need to approve.
>> I move approval.
>> does everybody have the list?
>> yes.
>> the list that you just read.
>> all right. The county judge will just sign this at the bottom and put today's date on there. How is that?
>> that's fine, and then of course the minutes are going to reflect the fact that you approved it.
>> I still move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion in all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
