Item 19

View captioned video.

Number 19 is to consider and take appropriate action on approval and adoption of Travis County guide lines for real property assessment for disposition.
>> we have had this on the court agenda several times, I think we are bringing it back for final adoption unless there's other comments. These are -- these are general guidelines that we will use as staff guidelines, both within the facilities department and t.n.r. When -- when real assets come up that we want to dispose of some way or another, we will use these as guidelines for doing our due diligence before we make a recommendation to the Commissioners court. This is not an active policy where we are researching our assets to dispose of properties. When we are asked, as we are occasionally to dispose of an asset, these are the guidelines we will use for making a recommendation to the court.
>> when you say make a recommendation, that includes a statement of reasons for the recommendation.
>> absolutely.
>> okay. Questions? What you tried to do really was to incorporate the recommendations that we made the last time we discussed this, about three weeks ago?
>> right.
>> that's why I move approval?
>> yes.
>> thank you. Any more discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thanks.
>> thank you very much, joe, thank the very capable staff for having working on this.
