Then the consent items are next. Posted for consent are c-1 through c-4. And I show those to be ready, c-1 through c-4. And we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. It's a long list. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number. Number 6, 7-a through 7-f, so that's number 7 in its entirety. Number 8-a and b. All of 8. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,. Now, we got a lot of e-mails on 14. It's all right for consent?
>> no one is here. No one notified that they would be here.
>> 14 is to reject all bids.
>> yes, that's what it is.
>> so there's no objection to consent. I just thought i'd ask since we -- my eyes are still burning from the e-mails. 15-a and b.
>> while we're on that subject, I guess we could kind of look into the practice and see why it is we do that so much.
>> do you want to talk about it?
>> no, not right now, but I did want to talk about it.
>> the number of times we reject all bids? It's beginning to stand out.
>> the cause for it.
>> 15-a and b. 16. 17, 18,. Now, 19, we fixed whatever the problem there was. This is the project that will take place in a two-year period. There's certification of funding for '04 and so we will need to certify the '05 funding in '05, I think is what sharon told me. So 19 will be part of our consent motion also. 20. 21 is the one that we had the public hearing on. 22 we postponed until next week. 23, 24. No budget amendments and transfers on 25, so nothing on that. 28, 29. , 29, 30, 31, 32, a, b and c. That's all of 32. 36. 37. , 38. Turning to the added items. A-1, a- 3 those automatic -- those are automatic budget transfers. And a-5.
>> move approval of consent.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote. It is now 9:44, and why don't we call up number twik. It is to consider and take appropriate action on request to abate nuisance conditions at the following properties: a is 12406 twin creek
>> move approval of consent.
