35 is to consider and take appropriate action o request to approve the northcross mall non-commercial lease agreement as an early voting location for the April 13th, 2004 joint primary runoff election.
>> this is the same use agreement that we have entered into in the past. For runoffs and other elections. It's non-commercial use agreement between the mall and the county. There's no fee charge, for changes from the past years when we have been permitted to use the northcross mall location.

>> judge, I hate to have you read all of that. I meant to catch you before you read it all. The a.c.c. And aisd have not provided us the checks for the joint election agreements. The deposit for it. So we have asked that we just hold off on this one week until we can get checks from them.
