Number one is a public hearing to discuss request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate the five foot public utility easements on both sides and rear of lots 33 and 34, highland club village section one and lot 56, highland club village section two, two subdivisions in precinct 3.

>> good morning, carol joseph, tnr. This is lots 33, 34 and 56, had built a house back in 1971 and it encroached on the utility easement. They're coming to correct that and have the easement vacated. The utility company has been platted elsewhere and there's no need for the easements and the utility companies agree. And we've had no issues with this.
