Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c-1 through c-6. I show those to be ready. For action. We've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. There is a long list. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 3, 4, 6, 7, 8-a and b, 9, 10-a, b and c. 11, 12-a and b. 13, I guess there's just a little discussion of funding. It ought to be fast though. 14 we had the public hearing on. Let's delay action on that one until later. 15. We jumped from 12 to 15. 16. 17, on matters covered by the language. And I also move as part of this, 17, that we authorize the county judge to sign a letter authorizing t.n.r. To sign for the judge on the notices described in the item. Any objection to that? Okay. That's a modified 17. 18.
>> a and b.
>> a been b. -- a and b. 23. 25. 26. 27 is that invitation to the Travis County legislative delegation for this weekend's wildfire awareness kickoff. 28. 29. And I think one more -- a-1.
>> that's a good letter.
>> yes. And a-2 -- well, in a-2 I have no problem with that except to clarify that actually Travis County will advance the money, get the work done, and the utility will reimburse Travis County the amount of $120,241. That amount is not indicated in the agreement, but it is indicated in the memo. Maybe we ought to hold off on that until --
>> we can do 12 and a-2 together, judge. They are all the same thing.
>> a-1, but not a-2.
>> what about 22-a, b and c. Boiler plate changes on the --
>> no problem. I don't know why I don't have that on consent. 22-a, b and c. That's 22 in its entirety, to be added to the consent motion. Is there a motion?
>> and a second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
