A 2 is to consider and take appropriate action with windermere utility company incorporated for payment of relocating water lines within county's grand avenue parkway cip project. My question is, joe, in your memo you make reference to $120,241. In the agreement there's no reference made to a specific fund.

>> because at the time we drafted the agreement -- actually, irrespective, windermere is responsible for relocating the water lines no matter what it costs, period. But they also know that we have to pay an amount of $120,000. They have signed the contract as it is written and drafted. And we expect that it will cost 120,000, which is, by the way, well under their engineer's estimate of what they thought it was going to cost. So in spite of the fact that the $125,000 is not specifically mentioned in the contract, they know that that is what the bid amount is for and they're willing to pay it.
>> that's the full contract amount?
>> that's right.
>> yes.
>> if that amount is exceeded, they pay all the excess also?
>> yes.
>> move approval of a-2 about that clarification.
