>> very quickly, dpition comitioner goes mez and I took the instructions from the Commissioners court that was turned into an actual briefing paper. It was the motion that was adopted by the cuc policy committee, except they added on a couple of thing that we didn't think about that had to do with being able to add on dollars that wouldn't count against you. You were trying to build up your reserves. But basically the Travis County motion was the adopted policy. They were very grate of the that we took the time to come up with a real proposal.
