Consent Items

Posted for consent are c-1 and c-2, and we have been asked to consider adding the following items on the consent motion: if you would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as we all out the number. And we will address this separately. Item number 7 --
>> i've got a question on that, judge.
>> item number 7 will not be part of the consent motion. Item number 8, 9, 10, a long list of purchasing items, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17-a and b. 1819 -- these are public hearing items. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25. On 25, just do an explanation --
>> and I have a question as well.
>> 25. 26, 27.
>> judge, I need to talk with joe on 27. You might need a couple of changes to that contract.
>> 33.
>> not 31, judge?
>> 31, that's 31-a. 37, 38. Now, 39 we just received those, so this is simply for us to formally receive the reports that were filed by the sheriff and the county constables, I guess the law wants us to receive those and presumably read them whenever we get around to them.
>> judge, we looked all through all of our records. We were told we had gotten all of the reports and we found constable 1, 2, 4, 5 5 and the sheriff, but we looked all throughout our office and we can't see show that we ever got constable 3. It doesn't mean he didn't do it, but we canned find it.
>> I believe we did.
>> as long as somebody got it.
>> I think I got all of them.
>> [overlapping speakers].
>> my office, if we could copy the report filed by constable 3, precinct 3 --
>> we didn't get the sheriff's either. We did not receive the sheriff's.
>> and if -- the sheriff would give Commissioner Davis a copy of the report or my office sometime this morning preferably. One copy of the sheriff's report and three copies of the precinct 3 constable report under 39.
>> okay. Thank you.
>> any objection to 39? Do you want to wait on 39?
>> no, I think it's fine.
>> if we don't receive it, we'll bring it back up.
>> a-1, judge?
>> a-1.
>> a-1 is fine with me.
>> move approval of the consent motion.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
