16 is to approve modification number 5 to contract number 03 00074 oj, refuse collection with waste management of Texas. Frank?

This modification will change the locations, add some containers that will also take a container that used to be a four cubic yard container, change it to a six, making those kind of minor adjustments in the contract. The total value of the contract is $1,119 in the remainder of the contract year.
>> and we have had to kind of divide it over on this item, so that's why we didn't have it part of the consent motion. I move it.
