Number five is to approve proclamation declaring March 18, 2004, as absolutely incredible kid day in Travis County. And the proclamation reads, whereas March 18th, 2004, has been declared by campfire usa -- anybody here to receive this?
>> there are a bunch of campfire kids outside. Here they come.

Whereas as part of the celebration of children on this day, adults are encouraged to send letters of love and appreciation to young people in their lives and whereas the campfire usa mission pledges a firm commitment to building caring, confident and future leaders and an extension of that commitment is handed to caring adults through this event to express their feelings in a letter or note which has the profound ability to make a lasting and positive impact on the children in our country now therefore be it resolved that we the Travis County Commissioners court do here by proclaim March 18, 2004, as absolutely incredible kid day and urge all adults, moms and dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers and mentors and other adults and even members of the Travis County Commissioners court to participate in absolutely incredible kid day and send a letter of love and appreciation to the young people in their lives on March 18th, 2004, and I move approval.
