Consent Items
Consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4. I show those to be ready, c 1 through c 4. We have been squadron to consider adding the following themselves to the consent motion. If you would like for us to address any of these separately please say so as we call out the item. Number 2, this is a long list, by the way. 3, b and c, I have a note here that says please do not put 3 a on consent. So 3 b and c, not 3 a. 4, 5, 6 -- 6 will not be part of the consent motion. No problem. 7, 8 a and b. 9 a and b. 10. Any issues with 10? 10 will be part of the concept motion. 11. 12, 13, 14 in its entirety, 14 a, b, c, 15, 16, 17 there is a little 25% plus issue that -- that only apply to construction contracts? But would not apply to this one? Would it apply to this one? I think we ought to at least get the explanation. 17 not on the consent motion. Let's just get the explanation out. 22. 23. 24. 27, 28.
