Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, c 1 through c 4, we had been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If -- as I call out the item, if you would like for us to discuss it separately, please say so. Item no. 3,, 4, 8, a and b, 8 a and b, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, a long lust of purchase of purchasing -- a long list of purchasing items, 22, 23, 23 a and b, and the third part of this item dealing with goodwill is not covered by the agenda item. So it is not acted on that will be brought back to us by the two matters covered by a and b as part of this motion.
>> which is related to capital idea?
>> goodwill is not included. Everything else is. 24, 25, 26 including the special provisions in part 5, paragraph 8, and the return freight provision in part 5, paragraph 10. That's 26. 27 a and b. 28, 31, 33, now, I did not see a form as the agenda wording suggests, so -- so in my view the motion has to cover expenses, there is no form as far as I know. Did you and you will see one?
>> it's not a form. It's forming a for. So it need to have a policy.
>> well, there's no policy.
>> correct. I think they're trying to say go do a policy. That will be back later. The expenses are approved, that is for the parking expense over at the university of Texas. 33 to the extent that it covers the parking invoice. 39, 40, 41 except for-- 41 in its entirety, that will be a through double a except for h as in henry, which we earlily announced that we were pulling.
>> move approval of consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
