Now, speaking of other elections that Commissioner Daugherty referred to, number 35 is to approve order calling election on annexation of the territory within the del valle independent school district into the Austin community college district and take appropriate action. Part of our backup is a certificate from the Travis County voter registrar, nelda wells spears, and it says basically that of the 1,052 signatures, 1,034 voters were found to appear as volleyballfide voters of the territory to be annexed and 18 persons are not quawl need voters, but I think that 1,034 meets the legal requirement, right, gentlemen?
>> yes.
>> and we have an order prepared for us calling a special election on may 15th, 2004. And I second Commissioner Gomez's motion to approve it.
>> thank you, yes.
>> any more discussion? We'll get this order signed as a special matter on that special election ballot. Any more discussion? All in favor? Anybody here from precinct 3 or del valle? That passes by a unanimous vote. Thank you, gentlemen and dana.
>> the ballot is getting longer and longer.
