Now that brings us to executive session. We did indicate this morning that we would call up item 89 a and b for consult -- item 9 a and b. 9. A. Approve sole source exemption order pursuant to local government code, section 262.023 for maintenance of ez-vote, ez-tax, ez-vip and itp software with easy access inc.; And itp software with easy access, incorporated and nine b to approve modification number 4 to contract ma960322, easy access inc., For maintenance of tax office computer system. Both of those will be under consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. Posted for executive session discussion today ... 36. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County v. Prince albert hill and ernestine hill (chautauqua foundation resale deed), and take appropriate action. 37. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County v. Prince albert hill and ernestine hill (chautauqua foundation resale deed), and take appropriate action. number 36 was the matter involving prince albert hill, move that we authorize the county judge to sign the deed which basically conveys this tract of land to the foundation in exchange for $275 that is correct the words be added "and other good and valuable consideration."

That the county judge be authorized to sign on behalf of the Commissioners court the prepared resale deal to chautauqua foundation which has delivered to Travis County in each of these items $275 and other good and valuable consideration which the three separate deeds will each recite.

We will discuss item 41 shortly. 42 we did get legal advice on a new fee that we implemented consistent with the new legislation. I move that the county's position be to continue to collect that fee, but that we not spend it. We were advised to put this in a trust account and to hold it until a a.g. Opinion had been given and that's my motion.
