And the consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, c 1 through c 4 and -- and we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motions, it's a long list of -- of what I consider to be routine items, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number. Number 3, 4, 5, 6 a and b, 7, 8, we need to discuss 9?
>> yes.
>> 11, 12, 13, 14,.
>> I have ran issue on 14.
>> 14 will not be part of the consent motion. 15 a and b. And what we are doing there basically is undoing a 12-month extension and b, substituting a 90-day extension which is really more appropriate.
>> right.
>> 16, 17 --
>> 17 we need to pull, judge, that's the one related to mr. Quintanilla.
>> 17 we will call back a little later today hopefully. 18, 19, 20, 24, 27, 28, 31, and 33.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor? That motion passes by unanimous vote.
