(Discussion below of 10 and 25 - item 10 postponed.) Item no. 10 to approve sole source exemption and renewal, modification number 5, to contract no. Ps990080ts, cap systems, inc., For a case management and benefits administration (caba) system.

>> item no. 25 is to 25. Review and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers, discussion items, and non-routine requests for temporary lump sum salary increases.

>> my understanding was that we were not able to verify funding for this contract because the requisition does d not match the contract. There's a problem with the account numbers and the budget transfer that was submitted we haven't even seen if those account numbers are correct or not, that's why it was asked to be postponed, one of the p.b.o. Analysts were out yesterday, we were not able to verify whether it would be better to postpone it a week so we can all deal with the facts behind us or we see if we can determine where the funding is coming from.
