Item no. 1 is a public hearing to discuss requests to approve a plat for recording in precinct 3, steiner ranch parkside, amended plat of lots 88 and 93, block a (short form plat - 2 lots - 2.58 acres - quinlan park road - sewage service to be provided by Travis County wcid no. 17 - city of Austin e.t.j.

>> this is being brought back because of a scribner's error in the description of the lots. It was previously approved by the Commissioners court. The actual description of the layout of the lots was in error. And the purpose of this is to replat with a correct legal description of the lots. Otherwise nothing has changed, but we are required to go through the public hearing process to find out if there's any objection to this correction of the record.
