The consent items are next, and posted for consent, are c 1 through c 7. C 1 through c 7, I show those to be ready for action. We have been asked to consider a long list of items for the consent motion. By the way, these items are recommended to be added to a -- to a -- to a comprehensive consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss them separately as we call out the number, please say so. Number 2, with items 5 and 9 omitted because the bids on these two were qualified. So number 2 except for items 5 and 9. I guess we will address 5 and 9 later.

>> number 3? Number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, [indiscernible], 18, 19, 20 a and b.
>> judge, do we have to add to that that that is contingent upon those plans and plats approving by the city of Austin, it's going to zoning and platting tonight, to accommodate a tight squeeze and [indiscernible]
>> that was the backup, I think that would be appropriate. The city of Austin needs to address this. The language in the backup which I guess should be added to the plat would be -- would be that the plat will not be recorded or the plats will not be recorded, the permits will not be issued until the city of Austin approves this as a March 1 deadline, I think that we are working against there. So that would be conditional in accordance with the wishes of Travis County staff. I guess that brings the question, joe gieselman, do we know of any reason why the city of Austin would not approve this? Or stated another way, does the city of Austin have issues? With either the plat or permit? And 20 a and b.
>> I know of no legal reason. I know the adjoining property owner is concerned about the development. It is an undeveloped tract at this point and it is becoming developed and their end is at issue for the adjoining property owner. But I don't know of any legal reasons that the city would reject it.
>> do we know of any issue that the city of Austin --
>> I do not know that the city would have any problem with this.
>> when our precinct was dealing with this particular with panther hallow, the issues really had to do with the stubouts and connectivity over to gasoline lake. There's no connectivity here at all. This is the extension of two stubouts into cul de sacs, in that end there would not be those kinds of flash points.
>> as my good friend Commissioner Sonleitner used to say, the city of Austin is the city of Austin.
>> yes, they are.
>> so that's our --

>> let's hold off on the platting permits until after the city of Austin acts as y'all recommend.

>> okay. That's 20 a and b. Joe, I think we need you back. We do have somebody here. Last week we looked at that. The parties will get together, in the -- to know the issues they had were -- however I did get a telephone message this morning, referencing three words that -- that the parties agree to. And do we know what those words are?
>> joe, come up. Both parties.

>> consent.
>> have a seat, hold it right there if you had. We will call 20 a and b back up. 22 a and b.
>> 22 a and b.
>> be there in just a second. 24 from the fund 454 allocated reserve, any objection to that? No. 25 a and b. And c. For the record let's note that the state of Texas is granting us $336,370 in the indigent defense grant program. Although Travis County, it's been -- spent about $2 million, we appreciate the reimbursement there. 26, 27, and 28.

>> I second the motion.
>> no, we didn't.
>> okay. 21 a and b we need to discuss.
