Item 33

33 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding the request. All faiths funeral service for the final disinterment of the remains of shelly jo jones at the Travis County international cemetery. A couple of weeks ago we did approve the disinterment of the remain of the person who had been identified as ms. Jones, basically to be picked up, dna samples pulled from the remains, sent to north Texas and compared to her mother's dna. And I'm not sure the exact wording, but the determination was positive and the mother really wants to know disinterall of the remains to give ms. Jones a suitable burial in the family cemetery. And the request here is simply that we authorize taking those remains from the Travis County international cemetery and the mother basically thereafter doing what the family deems appropriate. So the request from us basically is simply to authorize a final disinterment of the remains of the person that I guess has been identified as kelly jo jones. Any more discussion? And you're from all faiths funeral home?
>> yes, sir.
>> and you have papers basically authorizing you to act pursuant to the family's request to get this done?
>> yes, sir.
>> and my motion would be to approve the request.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And you know, joe gieselman, you'll work with them basically to coordinate the work that need to be done?
>> yes, sir, we'll contact them to get all the times set.
>> thank you.
>> thank y'all.
>> we certainly wish the family well.
