Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County vs. Molly cabansag (terrence trainor resale deed), and ke appropriate action. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 46. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County vs. Walter r. Carrington (blaise n. Faxigue resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 47. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County vs. A.r. & marsha c. Frazee (denton and page mcdaniel resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney exception also. We will discuss these items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.
