Involving -- that item was number 34 involving the deke pierce subrogation claim. And basically to -- to authorize an agreement with a second law firm, that has agreed to -- to represent mr. Pierce, and it's the law firm of smith and carlson. And basically they have requested an agreement to wide the claim proceeds, if any, and this is a situation where Travis County performed a -- a person who is still employed at Travis County had -- had an accident and basically he is pursuing a claim against a third party and what this agreement means is that if there are proceeds from that lawsuit, Travis County will divide the proceeds and get reimbursed all or part of what we have been out of.
>> judge, I move approval of the document that's -- that memoralizes the substitution of the new attorney smith and carlson and the terms and conditions attached.
