Health Facilities Development Corporation

View captioned video.

Let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. One item. 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a budget amendment and transfer of funds to purchase pedometers and journals for Travis County employees under the wellness program. What amount?
>> $1,800 is what the Commissioners court discussed last week. And was confirmed to me by dan mansour and --
>> I think our vote was more like 13,000?
>> not for pedometers.
>> what they need right now is this?
>> that's my understanding, yes.
>> you will be coming back later for another transfer to clear up the other portion of it I guess.
>> that's what's wanted and again the -- cliff has written an opinion saying that this would be an appropriate payment for the health corporation and I do believe that the corporation does have the funds to pay this $1,800 and I do recommend that -- normally I would come to the board when I have an invoice to ask the board to approve payment. But in this case when dan mansewer presents an invoice that I think prepare a check and have the president and treasurer sign it without having to come back to the board.
>> I believe we can trust our colleagues at Travis County mr. Davis. This one time [laughter]
>> that's what I thought.
>> 1800 is the amount of the request. Move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? Show directors Gomez, Davis and Sonleitner yours truly voting against. Director daughterty. All move adjourn, all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, thank you all very much.
