What number is the med way item?
>> 32. 32 requesting postponement for [indiscernible] weeks in order to make a request under the Texas open records act. I think maybe now referred to freedom of information, but really Texas open records act. Which sort of changes my thinking, this morning it was let's discuss it and not have a vote on it. The developer is asking for another three or four weeks. Seems to me like we ought to discuss it closer to when action is taken. Did that request come from you?
>> sarah, can you fill me in on why four weeks as opposed to two weeks.
>> yes, ma'am, I'm sarah crocker, the authorized agent for medway ranch. We discussed this until late yesterday afternoon. There was a request made yesterday request with t.n.r. For some additional permitting information. Having discussed through it with my client yesterday, we would like to get that additional information and continue our dialogue with staff. Prior to coming back here. It's our hope and always has been our hope that we could resolve this issue without having to come and have something for the court to decide. That's still our goal. So that's why we are requesting the postponement so that we can obtain this additional information. Analyze it, look ate, go back around continue our dial -- look at it and continue our dialogue with staff.
>> you have been working with joe [indiscernible]
>> yes, about four years.
>> he knows about the request, though.
>> yes, he does.
>> judge, could I make a request in terms of -- as we have done on some of the things related to landfill, not that there's any comparison whatever.
>> please.
>> can we bring this back in two weeks. If you need more time we can grant it. Seems like a four week postponement is typical city of Austin kind of language. I would rather see if we might be able to pull it altogether in two weeks f. You don't we can roll it a week. But I would like to keep the pressure on. Four weeks just seems to be -- that's a long time in Travis County.
>> I understand. Commissioner Sonleitner the only reason I made the request for four weeks when I talked to ana bowlin yesterday she said the information we asked was off-site and it would take them some time to get that back in.
>> that's typically 24 to 48 hours.
>> I'm just -- relaying what she said.
>> yeah.
>> so if you want to put bucket on the agenda with the understanding if we haven't gotten it back that would be fine.
>> I would like to keep it out there keep this moving. But if you need more time, we can get there. But I would rather have us come back in two weeks and just for status report.
>> sure.
>> in the a problem. We would look -- not a problem.
>> we would like to get it over with as well.
>> I know you do. Time is money.
>> the 10th is what we are looking at?
>> does that work, sarah.
>> sure.
>> if the staff is working on that item already,
