>> right.
>> good morning, last week you approved the boilerplate fund, what we call the social services contracts, which are the contracts that we have in conjunction with the city of Austin. What you have before you is our recommendation that you authorize us to proceed with processing those contracts. But it also gives the ability to sign the contracts to the purchasing agent.
>> steph, what contracts are we taking off of this list.
>> there was -- there were several contracts that were inadvertently on the list.
>> judge, you have a list with 27 contracts on it. Capital area homeless at the top, goodwill at the bottom.
>> yes.
>> there are 47 contracts that are listed here. 10 of which should not be on the list. I can identify them for you.
>> okay.
>> great.
>> Travis County children's, united Austin for the elderly, connections resource center, Austin community gardens, the Austin project, community advocates for teens, out youth, Austin, pushup foundations, incorporated, services for the elderly, incorporated, and vaughan house, incorporated. Now, that would leave you then with 37. There were five that we need to add. Would you like a list of those?
>> well, can you give me -- I seem to have got the last seven. What were the first four.
>> the first four are Travis County children's, united Austin for the elderly, connections resource center.
>> okay. What's the next one?
>> Austin community gardens.
>> okay. Thank you.
>> then you are going to give us five more that need to be --
>> there are five who should be on this list.
>> okay.
>> you want them named?
>> yes, please.
>> capital idea, -- they are not on the list now, so you will need to write these in.
>> then I'm not understanding what you are telling me that --
>> nor do i.
>> you need a revised list.
>> we have the revised list.
>> that is correct.
>> the revised list is correct.
>> it is correct. It's minus 10 from the original and plus five.
>> that's what I needed to hear.
>> if your list has in the upper right-hand corner revised list, item 23 you have the current information.
>> right now you are highlighting the five that are being added, appropriately being added. Okay. I'm ready.
>> yes, these are the five that were originally given to you on the list.
>> capital idea. Child incorporated.
>> uh-huh.
>> community in schools. Meals on wheels and more. And last of all, sustainable food center.
>> okay.
>> move approval.
>> second. With the revised.
>> with the revised. Right.
>> 42 here?
>> yes, sir. What do we do about the others, will they be brought back?
>> recommendation sometime in February. Remember those were contracts that we were going to have --
>> a longer holdover period to see if we could or couldn't work it out. But what is that drop dead date stephen.
>> the contracts expire at the end of February.
>> end of February, thank you.
>> any more discussion on the motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you, stephen.
>> thank you all.
>> thank you very much.
